He worked for more than 14 years in a law firm specialized in criminal matters until he was made partner of the firm, where he had the opportunity to participate in matters regarding white-collar crimes, financial crimes, tax crimes, in hydrocarbons matters, electoral crimes, usurpation of identity, etc., with ample experience in the defense of the interests of different companies and public individuals.
He has ample experience in the design of strategies to prevent and address contingencies that transcend the corporate life of companies in the aeronautic, pharmaceutical, energy, oil & gas, beverage and technology sectors, among others, to prevent their patrimonial, financial and even their tax situation from being affected.
He has recently developed and implemented preventive and reactive measures in different parts of the Mexican Republic with companies of the energy sector, in order to protect their personnel, patrimony and also ensure the continuity of their operations.
He has also provided courses to Financial Institutions and companies on Anti-Money Laundering and Attention to Corporate Frauds, Corporate Criminal Responsibility, Attention and Handling of Acts of Vandalism to Facilities and fields of the Oil Industry and other matters that are sensitive for companies.
