María de Lourdes Pérez Miranda

Graduated from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, as a Law Degree. She has a Diploma in Implementation of the Law on Environmental Responsibility in the Center for Legal and Environmental Studies, as well as a Diploma in Implementation of Energy Reform Applied to Contracts. She holds a Master's Degree in Sea, Maritime and Port Law at the University of Postgraduate Studies in Law. She is in the process of degree of Specialty in Mediation in Hydrocarbons matter.

Lourdes has more than 25 years of professional experience, in Culture, Housing, Education and Hydrocarbons Sectors, opening up the areas of exploration and production. She has had extensive relationship with Service Contracts for the Evaluation, Development and Production of Hydrocarbons; she participated in the negotiation of the first Contract for the Extraction of Hydrocarbons under the modality of Shared Production (2017).

Lourdes' professional experience has led her to work in the Public Sector at the National Institute of Anthropology and History and at the Housing Institute of Mexico City, as well as in the Private Sector at Compañía Mexicana de Exploraciones, S.A. de C. V and Petrofac México, S.A. de C. V.
